Too often, women power through transitions alone without a community, reflection or guidance. The journey alone is hard, but with the right people that experience can be not only easier, but more meaningful.

Find Her Compass is built for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, explore what’s next and find a compass that actually points back to them.

Creating a third space for women.

Third places, neutral, public spots outside home and work (our first and second spaces), have always mattered.

These spaces helped people connect, rest, and find calm. For some these were our churches or a the gym, for others it’s a park or a library. Think about what Cheers meant to Norm or what Central Perk meant to Friends; it was these places where people felt a sense of belonging… a place for connection.

As life becomes more mobile and isolated, many feel disconnected and unsure where to go.

Women need safe spaces for themselves to step away from their day to day, even just for a moment to be themselves.

We support women with our expertise in systems and dynamics of the home (first space) and work (second space) while creating community (third space) to continuously support your forward direction.
